Each piece is original and handcrafted by me. Therefore, each item is unique and exclusive.
Each piece is original and sold on a first come first served basis, unless the description states otherwise.
If you find you have purchased a piece which has already been sold, it may be possible to produce a similar piece for you, alternatively your payment can be returned immediately.
Please allow 7-10 days for items to be produced. If you require an item urgently, please contact me if your deadline is achievable.
Payment can be made through Paypal, no account needed. It is simple and secure to use. Please log on to www.paypal.com for more information.
All prices include postage & packing to UK mainland only via First Class Delivery or Recorded Delivery (order over £30) by Royal Mail.
Additional postage charge is required for items to be shipped outside UK. Please contact me for details.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment received. E-mail will be sent to the buyer when the item is shipped.Gift wrapping is free of charged if required.
I really hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason I fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt.
Providing the items you wish to return are unworn and in a resalable condition with their original packaging, I will issue a full refund within 28 days of receipt.
- I can only take responsibility for returns which are received. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcels.
- Please note that delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage are not refundable except where the return is the result of my own error.
- Bespoke items, or items which have been tailored to your individual requirements, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
- Earrings are not accepted for refund and exchange in compliance with current Health and Hygiene Regulations.
- If a bracelet requires resizing, please return to me within 7 working days. After this period, I am unable to accept any items.
